The Mobile Vehicle Technician role offers the chance to work onsite at customer locations, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, including electric models. Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:
*Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, focusing on high standards and customer satisfaction
*Manage own schedule to carry out repairs efficiently in the field
*Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
*Use advanced equipment and technology to ensure quality service
*Adhere to health and safety protocols during field operations
*Continuously develop technical skills through ongoing training
Requirements of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:
*NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
*Proven experience as an Automotive or Commercial Vehicle Technician
*Full, valid UK driving license with experience driving to multiple locations
*Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
*Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
*Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
