What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator:

*Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
*Supporting vendors throughout the sales process
*Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage
*Working closely with colleagues to achieve branch targets

*Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
*Strong sales ability and confident negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Professional telephone manner and positive approach
*Self-motivated, well presented and personable
*Knowledge of the Ashtead area is advantageous
*Full driving licence and own car essential
*Committed and professional approach to estate agency
