*Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
*Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Duties:
*Welcome customers and manage front desk operations efficiently
*Handle incoming calls and organise service bookings
*Act as the key link between customers and workshop technicians
*Liaise with customers regarding ongoing work and job progress
*Order parts and update relevant systems accordingly
*Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ability to perform effectively in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment
*Well-organised with strong attention to detail
*Capable of building rapport with customers and workshop staff alike
