Description
*Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
*Manage and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
*Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
*Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
*Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
*Prepare and present operational reports to senior management as required.
*Take responsibility for resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Profile
A successful General Manager should have:
