We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator to support the busy Private Client / Wills and Probate Team of a well-established law firm at their office in Nuneaton. This is a permanent administration role which will not be suitable for a Paralegal who is looking to qualify.

Part of a larger group, you’ll enjoy the friendly and supportive working environment associated with smaller, more traditional high street practices, whilst having the job security and modern working practices of a larger group.
What you’ll be doing:
*Provision of administrative support to a busy Private Client / Wills and Probate team
*Typing of correspondence and legal documents
*Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
*Assisting with the preparation of straight-forward Wills and LPA’s
*Liaising with solicitors and other third party professionals
*Opening and setting up new cases on the system
*Processing urgent post, filing non-urgent post, and logging correspondence onto a legal case management system
*Preparation of invoices
*Communicating with, and maintaining good relationships with clients
Who we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates will have
*A minimum of 12 months’ experience of supporting a Private Client Department
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook
*Experience of using a legal case management system
*The ability to work well as part of a team
*The ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients
