Are you a graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before starting teacher training, or simply looking for a rewarding role working with young people?
Aspire People is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across a wide network of secondary schools throughout Birmingham and Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools while developing behaviour management, communication and classroom leadership skills.

The Role
Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
Supervise classes in the teacher’s absence
Maintain positive classroom behaviour
Keep students engaged and on task
Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
Cover a variety of secondary subjects
We’re Looking For
Degree educated graduates
Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
Positive role models with a professional attitude
Reliable and flexible individuals
Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
