Ellesmere Port | Hybrid (3 days in office)
We’re working with a friendly, family-run financial services business in Ellesmere Port who are looking to bring in an Case Manager to support their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit office (4-6 people at a time) with a great culture, strong tenure, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
This is a busy, varied position supporting advisors and ensuring the smooth running of protection and mortgage cases.
Key responsibilities:
*Inputting client data, fact finds and leads onto internal systems
*Writing advice and suitability letters
*Managing and chasing pipeline cases (including GP reports)
*Keeping advisors updated on case progress
*General administration and case management
*Supporting protection cases and ensuring compliance standards are met
This is a fast-paced role, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.
What We ’ re Looking For
Essential:
*Confident communicator - able to speak to people at all levels
*Strong organisational skills
*Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
*Experience in a compliant / regulated environment
*Interest in protection / financial services
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £30,000 (DOE)
*Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
*Supportive, long-standing team environment
