Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide administrative and data management support within a busy operations team. The role involves processing data, maintaining accurate records, supporting customer enquiries, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This position would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, Salesforce, and bespoke systems.
*Process documentation, customer requests, and administrative records in a timely manner.
*Investigate and validate data, producing reports and highlighting discrepancies where required.
*Answer inbound calls and emails, providing professional customer service and resolving routine queries.
*Support operational teams by monitoring records, updating information, and reallocating work where required.
*Operate the weighbridge system, processing tickets and maintaining accurate records.
*Organise meeting rooms, welcome visitors, order stationery, and provide general office administration support.
*Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and ensure compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety policies.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in administration, data entry, or office support.
*Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy when processing data.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confident using databases or CRM systems.
*Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
*Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
*Able to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment.
