Are you looking to transition your military experience into a rewarding role that combines classroom teaching with the great outdoors? We are seeking a resilient, structured, and inspiring individual to join our Alternative Provision (AP) in Barnoldswick, Lancashire. This role is perfect for an ex-military professional or veteran who wants to make a real-world impact on young people who have struggled in mainstream education.

*An Outdoor Enthusiast: Someone who thrives in nature and can use the outdoors as a tool to engage disengaged youth.
*Resilience & Authority: A natural leader who is firm but fair, patient, and highly adaptable.
*No QTS Required: You do not need to be a qualified teacher. Substantial life experience, trade skills, or military instructional experience is exactly what our students need.
