Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and developing existing accounts?
We’re recruiting for a well-established global manufacturing and technology business with an outstanding reputation for investing in its people. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive commercial team where you’ll inherit an established customer base and focus on growing existing relationships - no cold calling required.
Working closely with the wider sales team, you’ll become a trusted advisor to your customers, identifying opportunities to increase account value while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What’s on Offer*£27,000 - £30,000 DOE
*Quarterly bonus + profit share scheme
*36-hour working week with flexible start/finish times (standard hours 8:20am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 1:30pm finish on a Friday!)

The RoleYou’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers, helping to retain and grow accounts through excellent relationship management and commercial awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and developing existing customer accounts
*Building long-term customer relationships and delivering regular account reviews
*Identifying cross-sell, upsell and new product opportunities
*Managing opportunities from enquiry through to quotation and completion
*Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline activity
*Preparing quotations and supporting tender opportunities
*Working closely with technical, operations and customer support teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
About YouWe’re looking for someone with:
*Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management or Internal Sales
*A track record of growing existing customer accounts
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach
*Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Experience working with technical or engineered products would be beneficial but isn’t essential, as full product training will be provided.
