We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and high-performing property business based on the outskirts of Norwich.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Manage incoming enquiries and register prospective tenants
*Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the process
*Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and applicants
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
*Identify new business opportunities to support growth of the lettings portfolio
*Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
*Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy journey
*Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
*Proven experience within residential lettings
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
*Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
