Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible and rewarding work in schools?We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated HLTAs to support a range of primary and secondary schools. Whether you’re looking for short-term, long-term, or day-to-day assignments, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
The Role
*Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
*Provide classroom support across a range of year groups
*Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
*Support pupils to achieve their full potential
*Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience working within a school setting
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
