Salary & Benefits
£28,000 - £30,000 DOE plus a quarterly bonus scheme, giving an OTE of £33,000 - £35,000.
Working Hours
*Monday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
*Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
*Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm / 5:00pm finish

Our client, a successful and expanding retailer of home and industrial storage solutions, is seeking an Administrator Assistant to join their busy Buying Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive business where you’ll play an important role in ensuring products, stock and supplier information are managed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
Working closely with the Merchandiser, you’ll provide essential administrative support across the buying and merchandising function.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing weekly reports and management information.
*Monitoring stock levels and assisting with forecasting activities.
*Reviewing replenishment recommendations and raising purchase orders.
*Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and product information.
*Booking delivery dates and helping manage supplier schedules.
*Setting up and maintaining products within internal systems and Shopify.
*Maintaining accurate product, pricing and stock data.
*Supporting promotional activity and new product launches.
*Monitoring competitor pricing and promotions.
*Assisting with new systems, processes and general department administration.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, methodical and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous administration experience, ideally within retail, buying, merchandising, stock control or a commercial environment.
*Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Confidence working with numbers, reports and data.
*Good Excel and general IT skills.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
*The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
