*Competitive basic salary ranging from £38,000 to £44,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
*Achievable OTE of up to £50,000 inclusive of bonuses
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work, ensuring a good work-life balance

Duties of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
*Conduct routine servicing and maintenance including brakes, suspension, clutches, and timing belts or chains
*Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify issues accurately
*Carry out MOT testing for classes 4 and 7 (if MOT qualified)
*Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
*Keep detailed records of work carried out
*Support ongoing professional development and training
*Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements of the MOT Technician:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
*Full UK driving licence
*MOT qualification preferred but not essential
*Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
*Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
*Enthusiasm for working on multiple vehicle brands and models
