Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a reputable Accident Repair Centre located in Croydon, Surrey. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their career within a well-established, supportive environment. *Up to £45,000 basic salary plus bonus, with an OTE of approximately £50,000

Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
*Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed estimates
*Confidently operate and utilise the Audatex estimating system
*Upsell services where appropriate to maximise repair profitability
*Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
*Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a professional company image
*Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
Requirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
*Proven experience as an Vehicle Damage Assessor, ideally from a bodyshop or dealership environment
*Proficient in using Audatex estimating system
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong motivation and desire to progress within the role
*Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
*Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
