What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor:
*Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs
*Managing a steady pipeline of referred leads from initial enquiry through to completion
*Conducting client consultations both face-to-face and remotely to assess financial circumstances
*Recommending suitable mortgage and protection products whilst ensuring FCA compliance
*Progressing mortgage and protection applications efficiently and liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents
*Building long-term client relationships through outstanding service and ongoing support
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*CeMAP or equivalent qualified with current Competent Adviser Status
*Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor or Mortgage Broker
*Strong knowledge of the mortgage and protection marketplace
*Proven track record of achieving mortgage completions and protection sales
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Professional, motivated and customer-focused approach
*Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
