Description
*Assist in the planning and execution of due diligence assignments.
*Communicate effectively with clients and other internal departments
*Prepare information request lists.
*Cross refers and check disclosed information.
*Prepare comprehensive data book analysis based on financial information received.
*Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information and documentation.
*Critically evaluate the information received and identify and explain trends and outliers.
*Assist in the preparation and delivery of well-structured and concise due diligence reports.
Profile
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
*Experience in corporate finance, or experience in audit with a desire to break in to corporate finance work.
*Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and valuations.
*Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
*A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

*Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
