Plymouth Council are looking for a Families First Programme Manager
£555 per day (Can be negotiated).
Hybrid Working with 3 days in the office 2 days remote PL1 3BJ (Can be negotiated).
Families First Partnership reform delivery and must be PRINCE trained or other equivalent and experience of managing and delivering big projects.
This role will be expected to also support a re-design of services inline with reform principles.
Responsibilities
*Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Families First Partnership reform programme, ensuring objectives, milestones, and outcomes are achieved.
*Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project plans, risk registers, and delivery frameworks in line with PRINCE2 (or equivalent) methodologies.
*Coordinate stakeholders across multiple agencies (e.g., local authorities, health, education, third sector) to ensure collaborative delivery.
*Support and drive the redesign of services to align with Families First principles, ensuring services are integrated, preventative, and outcome-focused.
*Manage programme governance, reporting progress to senior leadership and steering groups, and ensuring compliance with organisational frameworks.
*Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
