We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy team in Doncaster (Doncaster, England) — a role where your drive, commercial flair and people leadership can make an immediate impact.
Hours of Work: full time
Business Development Manager Duties: You will combine hands-on business development with sales leadership, driving new opportunities while strengthening key accounts and international partnerships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development, you’ll identify commercial chances, support brand growth, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll also lead and develop a dedicated Sales Team, set clear KPIs, and ensure targets are met or exceeded—while occasionally travelling internationally to support our global distribution network and represent the business at industry events.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years of proven B2B Key Account Management experience, including successful management of international partnerships.
*Experience leading a Sales Team to deliver results.
*Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
*Well organised and computer literate, with experience of sales reporting and CRM systems.
*A current clean UK driving licence.
