We’re looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our friendly team in Norwich covering NR1-NR6. Where you’ll make a real difference every day by supporting our clients to live safely and comfortably in the comfort of their own homes.
Please note: This role is suitable only for applicants with current and valid full right to work in the UK without employer’s facilitation
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, this is a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference.
What your day could look like:
*Helping someone start their day with confidence
*Sharing a chat, a laugh… and maybe a cuppa
*Supporting with personal care and medication
*Cooking simple meals and helping around the home
*Encouraging hobbies and little moments that matter
*Helping clients stay independent
We’re looking for people who are:
*Kind, positive and reliable
*Great at chatting and listening
*Able to work week days/evenings and alternate weekends
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
No experience? No problem - we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
What you’ll get in return:
*Fantastic Rates of Pay £15 –£16.50 per hour
*Shift patterns 7am-14:30 and 15:45-22:00
*Paid training and ongoing support
*Local work
*A genuinely lovely, supportive team
*On-call support
