We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a Financial Controller on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey, with the potential to secure a permanent leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
*Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
*Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
*Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvements.
*Manage and develop the finance team.
*Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects.
Essential Requirements:
*Previous Financial Controller experience within the hospitality sector is essential (restaurants, hotels, leisure, bars, catering, or similar).
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
*Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
*Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
*Available to start at short notice or immediately preferred.
