Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently working with a Global Leader of Renewable Energy. Who are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader, this role will be remote with occasional travel to various sites across the UK.
Duties:
*Virtual Stand-ups & Shift Handovers
*Performance Tracking
*Remote Coaching & HR
*WMS Monitoring
*Bottleneck Resolution
*Inventory Control & Quality Assurance
*Vendor & Carrier Management
*Cross-Department Collaboration
*Reporting
Must have experience using the following: *SAP, Manhattan Active, Oracle NetSuite, or Blue Yonder.
*Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and digital whiteboards.
*Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel spreadsheets to track shipping trends and workforce efficiency.
