The role
As a Senior Family Solicitor in Dundee, you’ll deliver quality legal advice across the full spectrum of family law, working to agreed fee-earning targets. Day to day, this includes:
*Handling a broad and varied family law caseload
*Keeping on top of time recording and resource management to maximise profitability
*Building and maintaining client and referral relationships to generate business
*Providing sound, practical advice to clients
*Delegating and supervising work within your team
*Balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality under pressure
About you
This role would suit a Senior Solicitor who:
*Has solid experience across family law matters
*Brings well-developed organisational skills and a methodical approach to time recording
*Has a track record of growing client and referral relationships
*Collaborates well and stays composed under pressure
*Takes a commercial, efficiency-minded approach to their work
*Is comfortable delegating to and supervising junior colleagues
