Pay rate to £45 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Child in Need Team in Leicester City Council.

We have 2 Team Manager posts that have become available, one of which is filled and the other is a new post, this is a full time post working Mon-Friday, 37 hours per week. The service works with children and young people subject to Child In Need Plans, Child Protection Plans and Care Proceedings.
They are expected to be in the hub they are based at 3 days a week
As part of the Service, you’ll join a supportive and dynamic team who are committed to our children and young people supporting them in their ambitions, maintaining and building relationships with families and networks, understanding their experiences, navigating change, achieving stability and keeping them safe.
As the Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of social workers to ensure that practice is child focused, essential performance requirements which improve practice are met and assessment, intervention and planning are responsive to need and circumstance. You will be supported by an Advanced Practitioner in your team.
