Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to join a reputable dealership in Chelmsford, Essex.
This position offers a significant opportunity for a professional with a strong background in automotive sales and finance to contribute to the success of a respected dealership.
The successful individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and driving vehicle sales through effective team leadership.
Benefits of aBusiness Manager:
*Basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £100,000 including bonuses and commissions
*Monday to Friday working week with a Saturday rota

Duties of aBusiness Manager:
*Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise vehicle sales
*Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and external partners to optimise sales opportunities
*Provide expert financial guidance to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
*Ensure all activities comply with dealership policies and industry standards
*Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
*Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive finance products and credit options
Requirements of aBusiness Manager:
*Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the motor trade
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*In-depth understanding of finance products and credit solutions
*Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
*Full UK driving license
*Knowledge of automotive sales processes, compliance regulations, and industry standards
