We are looking for a professional, organised and welcoming School Receptionist to join a busy specialist education setting in Leeds.
As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for everyone who enters the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the main reception area and welcoming visitors.
*Answering and directing telephone calls and email enquiries.
*Supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
*Maintaining accurate records and databases.
*Handling incoming and outgoing post.
*Assisting with pupil attendance and general school administration.
*Booking meetings, managing diaries and preparing documents.
*Ensuring all visitors sign in and safeguarding procedures are followed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous reception or administrative experience.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
*The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
*A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
