8:00am – 5:00pm
Are you looking for flexible temporary work?
My client, a global technology and data analytics business based near Nottingham Train Station, is looking for a friendly and reliable Reception & Facilities Assistant to provide ad hoc holiday and sickness cover throughout the year.
The company works with organisations around the world, helping them make informed decisions, manage risk and prevent fraud. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a professional corporate environment.
Assignments can range from a couple of days to two weeks, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the flexibility of temping or is looking to supplement other work.
The client values consistency and likes to use the same temporary staff wherever possible, so if you’re a good fit, there’s every chance you’ll be their first call whenever cover is needed.
The role will involve:
*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
*Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls
*Booking and preparing meeting rooms
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
*Providing general administrative support
*Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and facilities
*Carrying out regular office checks and ensuring communal areas are well presented
*Assisting with general facilities tasks and ad hoc requests from the wider team
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has previous reception, front of house, facilities or office administration experience
*Is friendly, professional and enjoys interacting with people
*Has excellent communication and customer service skills
*Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail
*Is confident using Microsoft Office
*Is happy to take a hands-on approach and support wherever needed
