Duties of a HGV Technician:
*Maintain and repair trucks, lorries, and other heavy commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
*Diagnose faults, conduct tests, and perform scheduled servicing and repairs
*Complete all necessary paperwork for warranty, retail, and contract work as a HGV Technician
*Deliver high-quality service to customers within classified service areas
*Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer vehicle downtime
Requirements of a HGV Technician:
*City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance
*Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining HGVs
*Manufacturer training or current technical knowledge (desirable)
*Full UK driving licence; LGV/PSV licence advantageous
*Excellent attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach
