Description
*Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
*Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
*Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
*Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
*Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
*Proven experience in financial management within the business services sector.
