What will I do?
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be dedicated to our Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House property where 70% of your time will be split between your allocated hotel, customer interaction, face to face appointments, market centric activity and attending networking and industry events and the remaining 30% will be remote/home working. You’ll identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, manage local & existing accounts and some national accounts, driving and maximising sales revenue.
This is a fabulous property with so much potential, if you are a Director of Sales / Business Development Manager or Head of Sales and seeking a new challenge, this is the role for you!

Previous experience in hospitality, selling meetings & events, large banqueting and corporate contracts
