Full job descriptionI’m working with an exciting, high-growth technology scale-up that’s looking to appoint an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller for an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious business during a period of continued growth, taking ownership of the group finance function and supporting the leadership team through a critical stage of the company’s journey.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for:
*Leading the month-end and year-end close process
*Managing group consolidations and statutory reporting
*Ensuring robust financial controls and governance
*Overseeing the external audit process
*Producing high-quality management and board reporting
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
*Leading and developing the finance team
*Driving process improvements and helping the business scale effectively
*Partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation
About You
You’ll be:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (ACA and audi background preferred)
*An experienced Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller with a strong technical accounting background
*Comfortable operating in a fast-moving technology, SaaS or high-growth environment
*Experienced managing audits, consolidations and statutory reporting
*A confident leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
*Available to start immediately or short notice
