Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 (9am – 530pm), weekend working on a rota basis

Magnus Search is recruiting on behalf of one of the South West’s leading independent electrical retailers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Retail Sales Representative to join a successful and customer-focused team based in Plymouth.

The Role
As an Electrical Retail Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers choose the right products for their homes. You’ll work across the showroom, telephone and email, building strong customer relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and remotely.
*Advise customers on a wide range of domestic electrical appliances and home products.
*Identify customer needs and confidently close sales.
*Build long-lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
*Process orders accurately and efficiently.
*Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
*Liaise with manufacturers and delivery partners to resolve customer issues.
*Support the wider sales and customer service teams.
*Complete general administration and sales documentation.
*Help drive branch sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys helping customers.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, electrical retail, appliance sales or customer service.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A confident and friendly approach.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good IT skills.
*A willingness to learn new products and develop technical knowledge.
*Full UK Driving Licence Essential
