Are you an experienced administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, an established organisation based in Wythenshawe, is on the lookout for a Temporary Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy varied administrative tasks, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
As part of a small, friendly team administrators, your daily activities will include:
*Creating Purchase and Works Orders: Get involved in the heart of the operations by setting up and maintaining essential purchasing records.
*Booking Transport: Coordinate domestic and international transport while creating shipping labels for customer and supplier shipments.
*Documentation: Generate commercial invoices and essential shipping documentation for both UK and international consignments.
*Stock Management: Check stock availability against Bills of Materials to ensure smooth production and timely customer orders.
*Customer Interaction: Log all customer enquiries and assist in creating quotation templates for the Commercial Team.
*Financial Administration: Record all company credit card purchases, reconcile transactions and follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices.
*Supplier Liaison: Engage with suppliers for quotations, invoices, delivery updates and order statuses.
*Record Maintenance: Keep accurate customer, supplier, inventory and purchasing records within our systems.
*Document Control: Support document control, filing and maintaining both operational and commercial records.
*Reporting: Produce reports and management information as required to aid decision-making.
*Administrative Support: Assist the Commercial and Operations teams with various administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an operations or procurement environment.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in using office software and systems.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
*A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
