Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm (1hr lunch break)
Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
Please note, 4 days per week would also be considered, Monday to Thursday
Location: Henley-in-Arden

This is far more than a reception role; you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, the hub of the office and an integral part of a friendly, close-knit team.

What you’ll be doing:
*Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional first impression.
*Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
*Booking client appointments and meetings.
*Managing meeting rooms and preparing them for client meetings.
*Handling incoming and outgoing post.
*Ordering office supplies, stationery and refreshments.
*Coordinating the day-to-day running of the office and supporting general facilities management.
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required.
*Supporting with administration where appropriate (training can be provided).
What we’re looking for:
*Previous reception, front-of-house, office administration or customer service experience.
*A naturally friendly, confident and approachable personality.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks.
*Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Reliable, trustworthy and someone who takes pride in their work.
*A proactive individual who enjoys being part of a supportive team.
*A great sense of humour and the ability to build positive relationships with both colleagues and clients.
