*Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs and challenges.
*Align outreach with marketing campaigns, content and events to ensure consistent messaging.
*Support outreach into strategic accounts through personalised multi-touch engagement.
Profile
A successful Sales Representative should have:
*Experience in a sales, business development or customer-facing position.
*Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a professional environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
*Good organisation and approach to CRM usage and pipeline management.
