Job Description:
Full job descriptionPertemps is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team at Royal Mail, one of the UK’s most respected and recognisable organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

Your Role
*Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
*Handle internal communications and respond to emails or phone queries.
*Support operational managers with scheduling, record-keeping, and reports.
*Update systems accurately with delivery or workforce information.
*Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Requirements
*Previous admin or office experience.
*Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Other Information:
*Working Hours: 08:00 – 13:00 Monday to Friday.
*Pay Rate: £13.49 with the option of weekly or monthly pay.
*Duration of Assignment: 5 weeks
*Start Date: ASAP
