This is a chance for a non-contentious Construction Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to build real breadth across sectors within a firm that’s genuinely going places.

The role
As a Construction Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll support all stages of construction projects, working closely with other teams across the firm. Day to day, this includes:
*Advising on procurement processes for construction projects
*Preparing contract packages for employer and developer clients
*Negotiating terms of contracts and appointments for contractors and consultants
*Reviewing and negotiating warranty packages for end users and funders
*Providing strategic guidance throughout project delivery
*Liaising directly with a wide variety of clients across sectors
About you
This role would suit a Construction Solicitor who:
*Has circa 2+ years’ PQE with technical drafting capability across construction contracts and appointments
*Communicates confidently and clearly with a range of client types
*Can manage a varied workload while meeting client expectations
*Has an interest in sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate
