The role
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage and advise on contentious matters across commercial and private client work. Day to day, this includes:
*Advising commercial clients and private individuals on a broad range of disputes
*Conducting litigation, including advocacy
*Managing alternative dispute resolution processes
*Building and maintaining client relationships
*Delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions
*Contributing to business development for the team

This role would suit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor who:
