Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a graduate HR Operations Analyst to manage the administrative lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.


Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include:
*Co-ordinating the onboarding of new hires
*Generating offer letters, conduct pre-employment screening, reference checks and right to work verification
*Maintaining new joiner checklists, guides and induction materials
*Processing promotions, transfers, contract amendments and leavers, using HRIS
*Administering reference requests with third parties
*Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in line with GDPR guidelines
*Resolving queries from employees and managers
*Assisting with data cleansing and audit activities
*Liaising with external providers of background screening, benefits and payroll


As graduate HR Operations Analyst you will need:
*A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
*Prior exposure to HR administration an advantage
*Confident working with data and systems, such as Excel
*Highly organised, discreet and trustworthy
