*Very successful solicitors firm based in London W1
*Hybrid working after probation
*Good career prospects
Legal Executive
*The ideal candidate should be able to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from start to finish, including:
*Purchases
*Sales
*Re-mortgages / refinancing
*Bridging finance transactions
*Medium/high-value and complex Central London property matters
*They must be confident running files with minimal supervision and dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
Legal Executive
*5+ years experience as a CILEx Conveyancer
*Strong technical residential conveyancing knowledge
*Ability to run purchase, sale, refinance and bridging files independently (but with a supervisor always in copy)
*Experience with Central London or high-value property transactions
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
