Full job descriptionTeam Assistant to 2 Partners | Accountancy Practice | London
Salary: Up to £40.000
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based with one optional WFH day per week
A well-established professional services firm is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support senior team members and help keep the department running smoothly. This is a varied role combining traditional administration with the opportunity to work with digital systems and improve processes.
Key responsibilities:
*Diary and email management
*Preparing correspondence, reports and invoices
*Assisting with statutory filings (full training provided)
*Handling calls and client enquiries
*Maintaining digital records and filing systems
*Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The ideal candidate will have:
*Administration experience, ideally within professional services
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
*Excellent organisation and communication skills
*High attention to detail and a proactive approach
*Confidence using technology and learning new systems
