Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Factory Operative to join an established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can contribute effectively within a production environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sanding, rubbing, and masking painted products and components
*Preparing stencils and jigs for production activities
*Applying markings and identification details to products
*Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
*Following quality standards, procedures, and work instructions
*Maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements
*Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised workplace
*Reporting maintenance, safety, or quality concerns where appropriate
*Assisting with general factory and production tasks as required
*Completing work to agreed production schedules and targets
*Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
