Full job descriptionSite Foreman - Retail Fit Out
Location: Carlisle
Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: £220 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a specialist retail fit-out contractor on a fast-track refurbishment project for Burger King in Carlisle.
The project is already underway, with approximately 4 weeks remaining. The build has reached the end of the first fix stage and is now progressing through the internal fit-out phase.
Duties:
*Oversee day-to-day site operations.
*Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme.
*Maintain high standards of health and safety.
*Liaise with the site team and project management.
*Ensure quality workmanship throughout the internal fit-out.
Requirements:
*Previous experience managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.
*SMSTS certificate (essential).
*First Aid qualification (essential).
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Available to start immediately.
