We’re partnering with a successful, global, high-growth SME that is undergoing an exciting period of business transformation. As a trusted People Specialist, you’ll support key corporate functions including Marketing, Finance, Legal and IT, providing expert HR advice while helping to shape and deliver a modern, commercially focused People agenda.
This is a broad and hands-on role where you’ll balance operational HR with strategic projects, playing a key part in driving automation, process improvement and organisational change.
Key responsibilities:
*Partner with leaders across Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT and other corporate functions.
*Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations matters, ensuring commercially balanced and legally compliant outcomes.
*Support business-wide transformation and change programmes, including restructures and organisational change initiatives.
*Lead and contribute to HR process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
*Ensure policies and practices remain aligned with current UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
*Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in people management.
*Contribute to wider People initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
About you:
*Proven experience in a People Partner or People Specialist role.
*CIPD Qualified Level 5 or 7
*Strong Employee Relations experience, with excellent knowledge of current UK employment law.
*Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or restructuring programmes.
*Passionate about improving processes and embracing automation and continuous improvement.
*Commercially minded with the confidence to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.
*Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth SME environment where priorities evolve quickly.
