Description
*Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Manage the month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
*Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the property portfolio.
*Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
*Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
*Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as required.
*Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial presentations.
*Contribute to ad hoc projects within the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
*A professional accountancy qualification or equivalent.
*1-2 years post qualified
