An excellent UK law firm is seeking a polished and highly organised Legal Secretary/PA to join its unique and market leading Art & Luxury team.
Providing dedicated 1:1 support to the Head of Department, this is a return to the ’traditional’ Personal Assistant role in every sense where you’ll become the trusted right-hand to a leading Partner, working with incredibly interesting client base spanning international collectors, galleries and museums, alongside exposure to assets such as fine art, jewellery, classic cars and wine!
The Role
*Acting as a true 1:1 gatekeeper and right-hand, proactively managing an exceptionally busy diary, inbox and day-to-day priorities
*Providing a seamless blend of high-level PA and legal secretarial support, including document preparation, dictation and correspondence
*Coordinating complex international travel, meetings and client engagements, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
*Overseeing billing, matter management, time recording and reporting, working closely with finance and ensuring accuracy
*Supporting business development activity, including organising client events and maintaining CRM systems and marketing materials
What They’re Looking For
*A highly experienced Legal Secretary (circa 5+ years), ideally with prior 1:1 Partner support experience
*Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Strong technical proficiency across MS Office and legal systems
*Impeccable communication skills and client-facing confidence, with a service-led mindset
*Absolute discretion, professionalism and attention to detail when handling confidential, high-profile matters
