Hays Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced maintenance person to join a busy construction project in Macclesfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative looking for consistent work on a well-established site.
Your new role
*The general maintenance person and maintenance works around the site.
*Basic joinery, patching, snagging and finishing tasks
*Adjusting doors, ironmongery and fixtures
*Making good work following trades
*Installing and repairing minor fixtures and fittings
*Site upkeep and ensuring work areas remain safe and tidy
*Assisting site management with a range of practical tasks
*Identifying and resolving minor defects
What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience working as a Maintenance person, Multi-Skilled Operative or Maintenance Operative
*Valid CSCS Card
*Own hand tools and PPE
