Whether you’re already working in HR administration or looking to develop your career within Human Resources, this role will provide valuable exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Managing employee records and maintaining accurate HR data.
*Supporting recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and onboarding administration.
*Preparing contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
*Processing starters, leavers, and employee changes.
*Assisting with absence management and annual leave records.
*Responding to employee and manager HR queries.
*Supporting payroll administration and benefits processes.
*Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
*Providing general administrative support to the wider HR team.
