Key Responsibilities
*Provide business and executive support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team.
*Coordinate Board meetings, reports, presentations and KPI reporting.
*Support business development, fee proposals, tenders and framework submissions.
*Assist with recruitment, onboarding, compliance and quality management.
*Provide project administration, document control and office coordination.
*Support business improvement initiatives, digital systems and AI-driven processes.
The Successful Candidate
*Previous experience within engineering, construction or similar.
*Previous experience within Business Support, Executive Support, Project Coordination, Office Management or a similar role.
*Highly organised with excellent communication and attention to detail.
*Able to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills.
