Full-Time | Ongoing Contract Work
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join a busy and well-established team carrying out repairs and maintenance across residential properties within the social housing sector. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working for a housing association, local authority, repairs contractor or social housing provider, who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
The Role
*Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works
*Completing reactive and planned maintenance tasks
*General repairs across a variety of trades
*Diagnosing faults and identifying effective solutions
*Working within occupied and void properties
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working within social housing, property maintenance or repairs
*Good all-round maintenance skills across multiple trades
*Experience working in occupied residential properties
*Ability to diagnose repairs and resolve issues independently
*Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential
*Experience working for housing associations, local authorities or maintenance contractors is highly desirable
